ABOUT

I grow ideas patiently.

I'm Jajwinder, a product and UX designer in Vancouver. I came to design from computer science, pulled in by 3D and motion. I look at every problem through psychology, philosophy and neuroscience: how people behave, and why.

WHO I AM AND HOW I WORK

The gardener, the observer and the watcher

One rose, three moments.

  1. A young rose plant with its first leaves

    01

    The gardener

I plant an idea and tend it. The finished projects are the harvest.

  2. The rose in bud

    02

    The observer

I watch how people behave, then shape the product around how they think.

  3. The rose in full bloom

    03

    The watcher

Outside work, I watch nature up close. A few things I stopped for are below.

HOW I WORK WITH AGENTS

I direct a team of
AI agents

I set the direction and make every call. They research, build and check, often at the same time.

  1. 01 · ME

    The brief

Five references, the rules and what good looks like.

  2. 02 · MAIN AGENT

    The plan

Splits the job and gives each part to the lowest-cost model that met my quality bar.

  3. 03 · AGENTS

    The team, at once

    ResearchSonnet, Haiku
    BuildSonnet
    WriteOpus
    Sort 50+ referencesJev
  4. 04 · CHECKS

    The proof

Screenshots of the real page, a critic, and a second opinion from GPT, Gemini and Grok.

  5. 05 · ME

    The call

One section at a time. It ships, or it goes back with a note.

WHAT IT CHANGED

  • 148

    Agent runs

113 ran in the background while I kept designing.

  • 7

    Agents at once

Planning my four case-study pages, section by section.

  • 15

    Models tested

On the same 11 drafts, before I chose which model does what.

  • 2 days

    Alight's competitive audit

11 apps, prices checked. It found the closest rival my first audit missed.

The first three: 3 to 16 October 2026, from my own agent map, which logs each run's model, time and cost. The audit: Alight, 2 August 2026. Outside models only see the snippet a job needs, and nothing is sent or posted without my yes.
